It’s a journey that begins by asking yourself two key questions.

First, which areas of my life demand my utmost focus and attention?

Second, what truly invigorates me and makes me feel alive and empowered?

Too often as women, the roles of motherhood, businesswoman, wife, and homemaker that we play can leave us questioning who we truly are. Sometimes we can even forget our inner voice. In reality, Genesis 1 in the Bible clearly tells us who we truly are–A Child of God who is made in His likeness and image. I want to tell you today, that is who you are. You are a Child of God and play a huge role in God’s plan.

I firmly believe that one of the most rewarding steps you can take is to cultivate a spiritual life. Such a life doesn't just nourish—it empowers every facet of your existence. Truly, the most precious gift we can offer ourselves is the promise of a healthier, more resilient, and vibrant life.

Through the years, countless individuals have bared their souls to me, sharing both their struggles and enlightening lessons. Now, it's my turn to share my life's insights with you.

1 Corinthians 8:6, "Yet for us there is but one God, the Father, who is the source of all things, and we exist for Him..." We were born with something divine inside of us to do good in the world.
